What it does

An inquiry becomes a lead

A buyer leaves an inquiry on a complex page on LUN – within a minute Kommo has a lead on your stage with a contact, a note and a task if you want one.

A rule per complex

Every complex follows the common rule or its own: pipeline, stage, responsible user, lead name and task.

Repeat inquiries

Every inquiry is a lead of its own, and the buyer has one contact. If you want, a repeat inquiry goes into the buyer's active lead as a note and a task.

Name and task from the inquiry

The complex, the name, the phone or the inquiry ID go into the lead name and the task text.

How to set it up

Install the widget in Kommo.
On the widget page pick the pipeline, the stage and the responsible user for new leads.
Copy the link for LUN and give it to your LUN manager – one for all your complexes.
After a complex's first inquiry give it a rule of its own if you need one.
