Parties

These terms govern the use of the Widgemate website and widgets for Kommo. The provider is sole proprietor (FOP) Dmytro Oleksandrovych Kariev (ФОП Карєв Дмитро Олександрович) ("we"). By installing or paying for a widget you accept these terms.

What we provide

The right to use a widget in your Kommo account during the trial or paid period. Each widget's features are described on its page on this website. Kommo is a separate third-party service; we are not responsible for its operation, plans or changes.

Trial and payment

• Each widget can be tried free for 7 days, once per Kommo account.
• After that, access is paid for 6 or 12 months. Prices are in US dollars; payment is in hryvnia via monobank at monobank's selling rate, rounded up to 10 UAH; the rate is shown in the invoice.
• Free widgets are marked on the website and need no payment.
• When the paid period ends, the widget stops performing actions until the next payment. Settings are kept.

Refunds

If a widget does not suit you, write to support – we refund the unused part of the paid period. Access to the widget ends after the refund.

Your obligations

• Use the widget lawfully and only in your account or in the accounts of clients you bought it for.
• Keep the access tokens and service keys you paste into the settings safe.
• Check automation settings before running them on live deals.

Liability

We do our best to keep the widgets stable and fix the errors we learn about. However, the widgets depend on Kommo, banks and other services that may change or be unavailable. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the widget for the last paid period. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit.

Custom widgets

Private widgets are developed to order under a separate agreement stating the scope, timing and price.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. You may stop using a widget at any time by removing it from your Kommo account.
