How to delete the data Widgemate widgets received from Facebook, Instagram and Meta (the "Facebook Conversions" widget, the Meta app "Widgemate").

Yourself, at once

Kommo – the "Facebook Conversions" widget page – the Meta tab – "Disconnect". We delete the Meta access token, the Pages and their tokens, and stop receiving the Pages' messages.
Or remove the widget from your Kommo account – this deletes the same automatically.
You can also revoke access in Facebook: Settings – Business integrations – "Widgemate" – "Remove". For a business portfolio: Meta Business Suite – Business settings – Integrations – Connected apps – "Widgemate" – "Remove app".

Full deletion on request

Write to support@widgemate.com from the Kommo account owner's address and give the account address (for example, company.kommo.com). Within 30 days we delete all data received from Meta for that account – the journal of sent events, records of Direct and Messenger conversations, pixels and the widget's settings – and confirm by email.

What is deleted automatically

The journal of events sent to Meta – after 90 days.
Records of Direct and Messenger conversation starts (no message text) – after 12 months.
