LiqPay

LiqPay by PrivatBank payment links right from a Kommo deal. The payment moves the deal to a stage, sets a task and leaves a note; refunds, subscriptions, hold and split included.

What it does

A link from the deal card

A manager creates a LiqPay payment link right in the deal and sends it to the client.

Payment moves the deal

As soon as LiqPay confirms the payment, the deal moves to the stage you set, the manager gets a task and a payment note appears in the deal.

Salesbot and Digital Pipeline

The link is created by a Salesbot step or a Digital Pipeline action – the client gets it with no manager involved.

Refunds, subscriptions and hold

A full or partial refund starts from the deal. Subscriptions, holding the sum on the card until the order is confirmed and split payments between recipients are supported.

How to set it up

  1. Install the widget in Kommo.
  2. Paste a Kommo long-lived token into the widget settings.
  3. Paste your LiqPay merchant keys.
  4. Choose the stage the deal moves to after payment and the tasks for the manager.
  5. Create the first link in a deal card or add a step to Salesbot.
